lux-aiops is designed and operated from Luxembourg. In plain language, here is how this site handles your data and the terms under which it is provided.

Privacy policy
- This site collects no data for advertising and uses no third-party trackers. Your language and accessibility preferences are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and never leave your device.
- If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we only receive your name, email address and avatar to display your session. We store no password.
- If you submit the quote form, the information you provide is used solely to answer your request and is deleted once the exchange is closed, unless a contract follows.
Terms of service
- lux-aiops is currently presented as a product showcase. The interactive demo runs on simulated data and constitutes no contractual commitment on the features, metrics or savings shown.
- The site is provided “as is”, without warranty of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any production engagement is covered by a separate signed agreement (MSA/DPA).
- All content, brands and visuals on this site remain the property of their authors and may not be reproduced without written consent.
GDPR commitments
- Data controller: lux-aiops, Luxembourg. Any request can be sent to the contact address below.
- You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with the CNPD (Luxembourg's supervisory authority).
- Data minimisation by design: we only process what is strictly needed, hosted in the EU, and we sign a DPA with every production customer.
